Shipping & returns
Production time
Every item is made individually for you after you order. Production takes 2–7 business days before your parcel ships. Orders with multiple designs may ship separately at no extra cost.

These are production plus carrier transit estimates. The shipping methods, rates and delivery dates that apply to your order are the ones shown at Etsy checkout — those always take precedence. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. Customs duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is made individually for you, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size — please check the size guide on each Etsy listing before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong product, message us a photo through Etsy within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you in full. No need to send the original item back.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 30 days and we'll open a carrier claim. Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the address is corrected; reshipping is charged at cost.
